General
Can I bring my pet to the farm?
Only certified service animals are permitted on the farm premises for the safety and comfort of all guests. Please check service animals in with a manager upon entry.
Please do not leave dogs in the parking lot in your automobile unless the car is running with AC on. All dogs left unattended that are reported to us will result in a call to the sheriff for intervention.
Is re-entry allowed?
Absolutely! Guests may leave and re-enter the farm on the same day as long as they are wearing their general admission sticker.
What are the farm's hours?
The farm operates seasonally. When open the hours are 10am to 6pm.

Is smoking allowed on the farm?
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the gates to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Smoking is allowed outside the gates or in the parking lot, re-entry is allowed.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We are credit card only in the fall festival areas. The farm market accepts all major credit cards and cash.
Hillcrest Orchards does not participate in any Bridge, WIC, or EBT program.
If you wish to use cash, please visit the farm market and we will give you a gift card for use in the fall festival portion of the farm. Any unused gift card amount will be refunded and returned to you.
Do any attractions or activities have additional costs?
Most attractions are included with general admission. Activities that are not included are listed on this page.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer free parking for all guests. We have multiple parking lots, signs will direct you upon arrival or visit this page for more information.
Are you open in the rain or bad weather?
We do our best to be open despite weather conditions. Some attractions may close for safety.
In rare cases, we may choose to close the fall activities altogether.
Social media will have the most up-to-date information on attraction and farm status.
Are there facilities for guests with disabilities?
The farm is accessible to guests with disabilities, including accessible parking and restrooms.
Paths are packed gravel and easily navigable. Hayrides and some other activities do not support wheelchairs.

What's available with general admission?
General admission will get you through the gates with access to over 20 attractions.
Pick your own apples and pumpkins and the apple cannons have extra charges.

Admission
Do I need to buy admission to pick apples?
Yes, admission is required for all activities, including apple and pumpkin picking.
We have activities for all ages to make it fun for the whole family truly.
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
No, advance purchase is not necessary. However, tickets purchased online are discounted versus in person at the gate.
Do my tickets expire?
Yes, tickets are only good for the season they are purchased.
In other words, the tickets from previous years are no longer valid.
Where do I check in?
The main farm entrance and exit is located adjacent to parking lot A. Signs will guide you, our farm map will help you plan ahead.
Are tickets refundable if I can't make it?
No, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are good for the entire season so there are many opportunities to visit the farm.
Tickets may also be transferred to another person.
Food & Beverage
Can I bring my own food to the farm?
Absolutely! We do not restrict outside food or drinks with the exception of alcohol.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
Are alcoholic beverages available at the farm?
Yes, we offer several craft cocktails and beers at the beer garden. See our map for help locating it.

Are there vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options available?
Our menus, including dietary information, are available here.
We do not restrict outside food or beverages (except alcohol), so you are welcome to bring your own food as well.
Do you have somewhere to eat?
Our picnic pavilion is a great spot to get out of the sun and relax on one of nine 8-person picnic tables.
In addition, picnic tables are spread out throughout the farm, primarily in the activity area, for you and your family to relax and enjoy your food.
